Setup and Templates
Start by exploring default templates under "Forms." If none fit your needs, create a new form

Form Creation
Use templates to save time or build from scratch. Fill in basic details like task and internal assignments
Configure the email sent to clients for clarity and set up reminder emails for follow-ups
Client Interaction
Clients receive an email with a portal link, where they can fill out forms and use real-time chat for questions
Notifications are sent for client messages, enabling timely communication without constant login
Completion and Access
Completed forms are marked as such in the system and accessible under the "Forms" tab in the client workspace
Downloadable files from clients are available for review
