    • The Client Request feature is designed to streamline your workflow by allowing you to assign tasks directly to clients

    • Navigate: Access the Work module by clicking on Work in the left navigation bar

    • Tasks: Proceed to the Tasks section

    • Create task: Click on Create task and select Client request

    • Design: Tailor tasks with specific names, descriptions, request types (e.g., e-signature, document upload), client selection, internal assignees, status updates, and assigned client contacts

    • Set up notifications to alert both you and your clients about task assignments, ensuring everyone stays informed and on the same page

    • Clients receive an email with a direct link to the task

    • They log into the client portal using their email and a token, complete assigned tasks, and submit them effortlessly
