How to manage auto-charging settings

  1. Turning off auto-charging at the account level

    • Navigate to the integrations section
    • Check if Stripe or GoCardless is integrated
    • Click on "manage" for the respective payment integration
    • Locate and toggle off the Enable auto-charging option
  2. Turning off auto-charging for specific clients

    • Access the clients section

    • Enter the client workspace settings

    • Navigate to the payments section

      • If account-level auto-charging is disabled, proceed accordingly

      • If custom settings were previously used

        • Option 1: Remove custom settings and revert to default
        • Option 2: Keep custom settings but disable auto-charging within them

    • Even if some clients had overridden settings earlier, you can still individually disable auto-charging for each client as needed
