- Navigate to the integrations section
- Check if Stripe or GoCardless is integrated
- Click on "manage" for the respective payment integration
- Locate and toggle off the

Enter the client workspace settings

Navigate to the payments section

If account-level auto-charging is disabled, proceed accordingly

If custom settings were previously used
- Option 1: Remove custom settings and revert to default
- Option 2: Keep custom settings but disable auto-charging within them
