Custom email integration

FAQs Introduction With Cone's custom email integration, all client communication, from proposal updates to invoice reminders, is streamlined through your chosen email, bringing a personal touch to your professional interactions. With this your clients will receive notifications from a familiar address, thereby building trust and recognition Connecting and managing email account Setting Up Your Custom Email Integration: 1. Navigate to Settings: 1. Access the Integrations section within your Cone settings to begin 2. Start the process: 1. Under Other section, look for "Custom email" card 2. Click Connect to get started ​ 3. Choose Your Email Provider: 1. Select either Gmail or Outlook for integration. Follow the on-screen instructions for a secure authentication process ​ 4. Begin Communication: Once connected, Cone will use your email to send all client-related communications, ensuring consistency and personalization Managing your connected email: 1. Once connected, custom email integration card will show as Active ​ 2. You can manage the integration by clicking Manage on the card 3. Here, you can find the integration status. If there's any issue with integration, you can also fix from here Regularly check your email integration settings within Cone to ensure everything is running smoothly Disconnecting Should you ever need to disconnect your email account from Cone, the process is straightforward: 1. Go to integrations: Find the custom email integration under Integrations 2. Click on Manage and then "Disconnect email" to remove your email account from Cone. This action will revert all communications back to the default Cone email system FAQs Can I link multiple email accounts to Cone? Currently, Cone supports integration with one email account per user. This helps keep your client communications centralized and secure What about security? Cone's integration process uses secure authentication methods to protect your data. Your email password remains private, and Cone does not have access to your email content What if I change my email password? Changing your email password will require re-authentication within Cone to maintain the connection. A prompt will guide you through this simple process I am not seeing custom email in integrations Cone's custom email integration feature is available in the Growth plan. If you are in the other plans, you will need to upgrade to use this feature ​
