    • Clients receive an email with a portal link, where they can fill out forms and use real-time chat for questions
    • Notifications are sent for client messages, enabling timely communication without constant login
  4. Completion and Access

    • Completed forms are marked as such in the system and accessible under the "Forms" tab in the client workspace
    • Downloadable files from clients are available for review
